Cabin of Treasure

Deep in the forest walks a dark memory

Once their was a cabin there

But people came to that cabin

People who had heard that the family within held a secret treasure

In their greed they destroyed all within

Killing man, woman and children

In doing so, they destroyed the treasure

For children are the greatest treasure

And that was what that cabin held

Only a family

Lovely story. So many see treasures as things we can own and love. In truth, treasures are the things we can't own and that love us in return... IMO
