I like to watch Dr. Oz = there's no chance I can do everything he suggests, especially when one day may contradict the previous day's suggestion.
The other day, he had a doctor on who described how many people are allergic to milk = not a sudden allergy but a delayed allergy with long lasting problems =- irritation, inflammation, weight gain. I know I have a negative reaction to wheat, and that when I avoid cheese during allergy season I feel that I have less joint pain.
So -
I will try this experiment for a month – no wheat or milk products. I will miss yogurt! And cream soups!
I'll see if I feel better – might even lose weight.
