Sweet, Sweet Tea

I can't believe it's way past midnight already. I really did waste my all day on line today (like I thought I would be).

I had dinner at Boston Market today, and I got the sweet tea. You know how every restaurant's sweet tea is always a different level of sweetness (even if they were all from the same brand - "Gold Peak" I think?) and today, their tea is at just the right level of sweetness that I like. So I filled up my cup before I left the restaurant. Of course it's almost all gone now. But I am happy. It really doesn't take much to cheer me up.

With that happy thought, I'll get off line and head to bed.

I love sweet tea but I rarely drink it anymore because of the sugar issue. :( It is hard to find it at the right sweetness and taste, for sure.

Am I right to assume it was iced tea? I do love it and make it often in the summer. I use stevia to sweeten it--an herbal sweetener...I like it better in tea than in coffee.

I like the Tazo and the Honest teas, but my favorite is Stash Fusion (white / green combo) -- I just add a little cinnamon, honey and anise seeds to it, then it's a bit like chai. It's the one thing that always brings me back to life in the afternoon! I think you can even get powdered honey now too. And black currant is another one of my favorite teas. Thanks for posting this!

I don't drink the sweet tea from places when I eat except for the Raspberry Peach Tea from olive Garden
